Licensed Spray Technician (Landscape & Pest Control)

Job Description:

Arcadia Landscape is seeking a Licensed Spray Technician to handle pest and weed control applications across landscape properties. This position is ideal for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

For nearly 40 years, Arcadia Landscape has supported clients across Tucson with dependable service and knowledgeable field professionals. This role is a key part of maintaining plant health and property appearance across our accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Apply herbicides and pesticides in accordance with regulations
  • Mix, calibrate, and safely handle chemicals and equipment
  • Identify common landscape pests and plant health issues
  • Maintain accurate service and application records
  • Operate company vehicle and equipment safely
  • Interact professionally with clients when needed

What You Bring:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Active Applicator or Qualified Applicator (QP) license
  • Knowledge of chemical handling, safety procedures, and labeling
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
